GAFFO provides training being made up of 90% young immigrant girls and women from countries where they experience all forms of violence against them and their children, it offers its members opportunities to learn techniques to faced with these situations of violence.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The GAFFO<\/strong> conducts training sessions in areas such as Intimate Partner Violence, Child Abuse and Neglect, Forced Marriage, Female Genital Mutilation, Youth Dating Violence, All Training provided to GAFFO<\/strong> are adapted to the cultural level of its members. Our various craft activities are also adapted to violence prevention.<\/p>

As part of the prevention of family violence, the GAFFO<\/strong> runs discussion and sharing clubs according to the age groups of the participants, in this case the youth club and the seniors club.<\/p>

The GAFFO<\/strong> has a volunteer service who can listen to its members and even describe to them different choices available to them. Our volunteers can also direct clients to a lawyer, if necessary, or to other services, such as psychological assistance services, financial assistance, doctor services, women's centers and others.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\r\n I see that there are many services in place to assist women\nin difficulties as I was. I hope that common organizations\nnautical services that specifically serve racial and ethnocultural minorities\nturelles are also developing these services because I believe that they are culturally\nequipped to build the best intervention strategies for victims.\n

\nI also call on all African women affected by domestic violence\nto loosen their tongues and denounce the abuses of which they are victims\ndaily. Support services are also available to them and they can\nbenefit on simple request. Life is also good, even without being married. <\/div>\r\n

\r\n I am happy that women and children are well respected and\nprotected in Ontario. They are not victims of abuse like in our countries\nAfricans. Men who dare to commit abuse are immediately\nsubject to sanctions provided for by law. And the government is present\nto help victims by increasing front-line services. In\nPlus, here, we advocate gender equality, which our African leaders do not\ndo not, rather they encourage the total domination of women by\nmen. This is perhaps the source of all the evils we know. <\/div>\r\n

\r\n If there is a woman who experiences any form of domestic violence,\nthat she turns to God first, if she is of the Christian faith.\nOtherwise, she should seek out the help services available in the community, but she should not remain whining about her fate. She must\nbe able to make the decision to move forward and take charge.\nAs for me, I was victorious in God, I succeeded in everything\nGod. If I were like my husband, we'd both be vagabonds\nToday. He hit me 5 days before the competition, and with an injury\nat the head, I even did a 10,000 meter marathon. <\/div>\r\n
