It is often said that dance runs in the veins of Africans and their Afro-descendant communities.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>

At GAFFO<\/strong>, we capitalize on everything that African dance can offer young girls and women not only to have fun but also to remove the stress of daily life. Dancing is also a way to lose weight, a free sport. This is why our organization offers African and Creole dance classes at all levels, from initiation to advanced classes offered by our best volunteer dancers who are\u00a0born<\/span> and or grew up with dance such as rumba, makossa, soukouss, ndombolo, zouglou, mapouka etc\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The rhythms and dances that we teach come from all over Africa. We have known for a very long time that African and Creole dance generates a therapeutic effect greatly appreciated by those who practice it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
