Our populations are increasingly aging. Our seniors have needs that many adults and young people are unable to meet except in certain institutions which are not always accessible to this age group of seniors. Among these challenges, there is one that comes to mind: communication. Communicating well with seniors should concern all our youth and adults. So this is basically what participants in this session will learn. Without a doubt, seniors are a force to be reckoned with.

Today, Canadians aged 65 and over represent 13% of our population. In 2036, they will account for 25% or more of the Canadian population!
