Mental health of immigrant girls and women

How to recognize psychological distress? How can we know, react or prevent forms of depression in our populations of immigrant origin? As part of this course, participants will learn to manage their stress and emotions, meditate, do exercises where possible. The trainer will use simple information and practical tips, validated by mental health experts, to support participants in their lives. Particular attention will be given to adolescents of immigrant origin who often go through episodic crises and who are unable to resolve them on their own. Questions like: What is the difference between depression and depression? Is mental health the same as mental illness? What are the solutions to get out of it when you are going badly? How to feel better about yourself every day? Will be reviewed.
